Finding your private content online is a shock, and the first hours feel like the worst time to think clearly. You don't have to. There are only three things that matter right now.
Save the evidence before it disappears. Screenshot the page with the URL visible, copy the link, note the date. Content moves and mirrors fast — a link you can prove existed is worth more later than a perfect memory of it.
Don't contact the uploader. It rarely helps and it often makes things worse. Removal works through platforms, not through negotiation.
Report it where it's hosted. Every major platform has a removal process for non-consensual content, and most of them are faster than people expect.
